Nazareth College promotes and facilitates academic collaborations between Industries, Government, Community based organisations and agencies, Higher Educational Institutions and Research laboratories through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and/or a discipline-specific Memorandum of Agreement (MoU). Upon mutual agreement, both parties will enter into negotiations on the following general form of cooperation:
The UG and PG programs follow Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) of University of Madras.
The College functions between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm with a break between 11.45 am and 12.20 am

The mission of management is further accomplished by nurturing intellectual abilities of the students by fostering and forging with the industry needs. The College nourishes the empirical and native strength of students who are focused to realize their mental abilities to making their way to growth. In the current scenario companies are looking for technical graduates with industry friendly skills who should constantly retool their schools as their knowledge has a short shelf life. In keeping with this trend Nazareth has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the reputed agencies such as Amsol IT Private Limited, Bryn Train, 7 MPS, MaFoi, NIIT, Vy systems, Finmark Traders, ART LAB Madras, GUSTO, TeachSub Academy, Alchemy Academy of Performing Arts, Ministro Foundation – Chennai, Pragnya – Chennai, Finmark -Chennai. The College Institution Interaction Cell promotes closer interaction between the academic and Industrial fields. The purpose of the cell is to find out the gap between need of the industry and end product of the institution. The cell is the bridge between the industry, the real world and the institute. The students are exposed to the market and its demand. The cell helps the students to find a smooth transition from college to corporate life. The cell also serves as a platform for students in finding internship opportunities as part of their curriculum and during vacation. It serves as a base for where workshops, conferences and symposia with joint participation of the industries. Industry experts also connect with students through webinars, video conference, online training programmes and lectures. This also serves as place to establish rapport with industries for taking up mini projects and projects, strengthen Alumni relations, assist the Training and Placement Division and organize industrial visits.
To facilitate the interaction, process the College also has collaborations with National and International agencies such as Mukesh Infoserve, an ISO 9001:2008 Certified SAP-enabled organization, University of Bengkulu Indonesia to faster friendship, academic exchange and promote academic research. Coburg University of Applied Science and Arts Germany to co-operate in Faculty Exchange, Joint Development of Academic and Research Activities, Academic Publications, Joint Seminar/Workshops/Internships/Conference, Training faculty, Research Scholars and Students. KDU University Malaysia to develop Mobility Programmes for student exchange, staff exchange and institutional programmes. University of Sabah for Joint Seminar/Workshops/Internships/Conference, Academic Publications and student exchange. Mosaic Ambrosia Software Company based in Paradise Valley, USA.
Nazareth College of Arts and Science (India) is now a member of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI)! Please find attached the membership guidelines and a certificate confirming your membership in UNAI. You join some 1470 institutions in 146 countries who are working with the United Nations to promote global priorities, including peace, human rights, and sustainable development. As a UNAI member, you are required to carry out at least one activity in support of UNAI and its ten principles during a calendar year. Please keep us informed about all your UNAI-related activities, which we would like to highlight in our Newsletter and on the website. You are also expected to submit an annual report after the end of the calendar year highlighting your UNAI-related activities. As a member, you are authorized to use the UNAI member logo on your website and on materials related to activities undertaken as a UNAI member. Indeed, we ask you to display the UNAI member logo in this way.

Please note that membership in UNAI in no way constitutes an accreditation or endorsement by the United Nations of the member institutions, their activities or services, or their officials or other personnel. Membership in UNAI does not entitle member institutions to use the United Nations name and/or emblem in connection with their activities except when making factual statements that they are members of UNAI. Use of the UNAI logo in any way that is contrary to the UNAI member logo guidelines is strictly prohibited, in particular, the commercial use of the logo, and any such use will be grounds for immediate revocation of membership as well as additional legal action by the United Nations. UNAI members are not authorized to use the United Nations logo, which is reserved solely for the use of the Organization pursuant to General Assembly Resolution A/Res/1/I.
